Building the housing placement infrastructure Florida needs.
BedBridge was founded to solve a specific, persistent problem: the gap between people who need housing and the providers who have beds. Across Florida, housing providers operate with limited referral pipelines. Hospitals, case managers, and community organizations struggle to find verified placements for patients and clients in real time.
We built BedBridge to close that gap — not with a phone call and a spreadsheet, but with a verified provider network, real-time occupancy tracking, and a placement workflow that moves referrals from intake to acceptance to billing automatically.
Our mission is straightforward: build the housing placement infrastructure that Florida needs, and demonstrate what it can do.
Housing placement is a disconnected process. Providers manage inquiries through phone calls, emails, and paper referrals. Referral sources — hospitals, case managers, reentry programs, recovery organizations — have no visibility into real-time availability. Individuals and families are left navigating a fragmented system with no clear path forward.
The result: beds sit empty while people who need housing wait for a placement that never comes. Providers lose referrals they could have filled. Referral sources waste time on calls and follow-ups that don't result in a completed placement. And the people who need housing most are the ones most affected by a system that doesn't work for them.
BedBridge is a placement infrastructure platform that connects providers, referral sources, and individuals through a single, shared system.
Providers list their beds, manage referrals, and track occupancy in real time. Referral sources submit placement requests directly to providers with verified availability. Individuals search a verified network by housing type and location. Every placement is tracked from start to finish — and every data point flows into a network analytics system that measures what matters.
Florida is our proving ground. We are building a verified provider network across four key regions:
We are launching with a network of verified Independent Living Facilities, recovery housing providers, transitional housing providers, veteran housing organizations, and reentry housing providers across these regions. As our network grows, so does the value for every provider, hospital, and individual on the platform.
Florida has a housing challenge. The response doesn't have to be fragmented. We are building the platform that makes housing placement systematic, visible, and measurable — for every provider in the network, every referral source sending clients through the system, and every individual looking for their next home.
When BedBridge is fully built, Florida's housing providers will have a placement infrastructure they can rely on. Hospitals and referral sources will have real-time visibility into a verified provider network. Individuals will have a direct path to housing that works for them. And every placement that flows through the platform will generate data that makes the system smarter, the providers stronger, and the housing network more responsive.
That is what we are building.
BedBridge was founded by a team with experience in healthcare, housing operations, and technology. We have seen the housing placement gap firsthand — from the provider side and the referral side. We built the platform we wished had existed when we needed it.
