BedBridge is a placement coordination platform that connects caseworkers, individuals, and housing providers. We provide a matching service — we do not provide housing, operate shelters, or deliver direct services.

No Guarantee of Placement
BedBridge facilitates connections between those seeking housing and shelter providers with available beds. We do not guarantee placement. Availability shown on the platform is updated by providers and may not reflect real-time changes.
Users are responsible for verifying bed availability directly with providers before travel or referral.
User Responsibilities
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and complete. BedBridge is not responsible for inaccurate submissions leading to unsuccessful placements.
Privacy & Confidentiality: Users — including caseworkers, social workers, and discharge coordinators — are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy and confidentiality laws when using BedBridge. This includes but is not limited to:
- HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
- 42 CFR Part 2 (Substance Use Disorder Records)
- State-specific privacy and housing laws
Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, therapy notes, medications, or other protected health information through this platform unless necessary for housing placement coordination.
Provider Responsibilities
By listing on BedBridge, providers agree to:
- Maintain accurate bed availability in real time
- Comply with all applicable privacy, confidentiality, and housing laws in their jurisdiction
- Not share client medical records or protected health information through this platform
- Ensure listings are truthful and current
BedBridge does not verify the licensing, accreditation, or quality of listed providers. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making placement decisions.
Service Area
BedBridge is currently focused on South Florida. Service availability outside this region is not guaranteed and may be limited during the pilot phase.
As-Is Disclaimer
BedBridge is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the availability, accuracy, or completeness of platform data. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from use of this platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
