BedBridge collects only information necessary for housing placement coordination:
- Submitter name and contact information (optional)
- Client gender, age range, and funding source
- Housing needs and special requirements
- Budget range and urgency level
- Any additional notes provided for matching purposes
We do NOT collect: diagnoses, medications, medical records, therapy notes, SSN, insurance details, or protected health information beyond what is needed for housing placement.
How We Use Your Data
Data is used exclusively to match individuals with available housing beds and coordinate between submitters and shelter providers. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Basic analytics (page visits, referral sources) are collected to understand usage patterns and improve the platform. No tracking pixels, advertising networks, or behavioral profiling are used.
Data Sharing
When you submit an intake form, your information — including client demographics and housing needs — is shared with housing providers to facilitate placement. This is the core function of the platform.
We do not transfer your data to data brokers, advertising companies, or any unrelated third parties.
Data Retention & Deletion
Intake records are retained to maintain matching history. You may request removal of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@bedbridge.polsia.app.
Security
Data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database and encrypted in transit. Access is limited to authorized platform personnel.
